- Swapnil has over 14 years of work experience including 12 years with KPMG in taxation and allied regulations
- He has worked on clients in the Financial Services, Oil and Gas and Manufacturing sector. Had number of tax advisory and compliance assignments with the large Corporates, Banks, Foreign Portfolio Investors, Non-Banking Financial Companies etc.
- Swapnil has also undertaken representation before income tax / appellate authorities and worked on high end litigation for various clients. He also specializes in regulatory licensing process and has worked with various regulators.
- Swapnil is qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a Commerce Graduate.
- Mugdha Godbole
Partner
- Mugdha holds over 12 years of experience, with 11 years at KPMG (BSR). She was a part of Deal Advisory (M&A and Private Equity Tax) team and International tax team.
- Specializes in advising clients on transactions (buy / sell side) and reviewing the deal documents from tax perspective. Advised various clients including large Private Equity Funds and reputed infrastructure and real estate companies.
- Extensive experience in structuring of investments into India (including capital structuring and jurisdictional structuring).
- She has conducted direct tax due diligences (buy side / sell side) for proposed investment / divestment across various sectors such as Real Estate, Infrastructure etc.
- Advised various clients on domestic and international tax issues, tax planning, cross border transactions, investment structuring, business restructuring.
- Mugdha is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce Graduate.
